Registration (mandatory)

The objective of this event is to bring together the various stakeholders involved in issues related to Social Europe (European policymakers, private and public companies, trade unions and federations, project leaders and associations, etc.) to discuss the role of social policy in the context of Europe’s economic recovery, debt management, and the pressing need for transformation within the EU. A first roundtable will address, among other topics, the current state of European social dialogue, progress on the social agenda, the evolution of social rights and skills management, as well as the realities of industrial democracy in 2025. The second roundtable will focus on the levers of transformation needed to reconcile employment, upskilling, competitiveness, and just transitions in a rapidly evolving labour market, along with the necessary investments to support these changes.

L’objectif de cet événement est de réunir les différents acteurs impliqués dans les questions liées à l’Europe sociale (décideurs politiques européens, entreprises privées et publiques, syndicats et fédérations, porteurs de projets et associations, etc.) pour discuter du rôle de la politique sociale dans le contexte de la reprise économique en Europe, de la gestion de la dette et du besoin pressant de transformation au sein de l’UE. Une première table ronde abordera, entre autres, l’état actuel du dialogue social européen, les progrès de l’agenda social, l’évolution des droits sociaux et de la gestion des compétences, ainsi que les réalités de la démocratie industrielle en 2025. La seconde table ronde se concentrera sur les leviers de transformation nécessaires pour concilier l’emploi, l’amélioration des compétences, la compétitivité et les transitions justes dans un marché du travail en évolution rapide, ainsi que sur les investissements nécessaires pour soutenir ces changements.
