Please confirm your attendance by 23 January 2026.

The inaugural session, to be held on 28 January 2026, will focus on the Digital Services Act (DSA), one of the European Union’s flagship digital regulations.

At the centre of growing transatlantic debate, the DSA raises critical questions around platform accountability, freedom of expression, extraterritorial reach, and innovation. More broadly, it reflects diverging approaches to digital governance and the strategic balance between regulation, competitiveness, and democratic values.

This conference will provide a strategic and forward-looking discussion on the global implications of the DSA, bringing together institutional, legal, and industry perspectives.

Speakers

Sandro Gozi, Member of the European Parliament

Jérôme Quéré, Director General of Confrontations Europe

Mahasti Razavi, Managing Partner, August Debouzy

Marc Mossé, Senior Counsel, August Debouzy

The discussion will be followed by an interactive exchange with participants.
